The University of Oxford Society of Indonesia (The Society) was formed in early 2018 and currently has 74 active members. Our members consist of Indonesian students, alumni who hold Indonesian citizenship and alumni of foreign nationals who reside in Indonesia.
We connect the University of Oxford and Indonesia in the pursuit of making a more just and prosperous country.
We take an active role by offering intellectual and fresh ideas to the Indonesian people on educational, economic, social, political, cultural, environmental and technological issues.
We are also open for partnership and collaboration with other organizations and communities to hold events and initiatives.
The leadership of the Society consists of two branches, namely the Supervisory Board and the Executive Committee. We hold an annual General Meeting to evaluate performance and to review the relevance of our rules and the constitution of the organization.
